Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: Our standard shipping is within the Netherlands, to Belgium and Germany. We are slowly adding more countries. If your country is not in the list, please use the contact form to request shipping prices.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: All orders will be sent within 3 working days, unless stated otherwise.
Q: Will I receive a track & trace link?
A: Yes, all orders are sent via track & trace.
Returns and Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Any product can be returned in its original state and original packaging within 14 days.
Q: How do I make a return or exchange?
A: Please use the contact form to request your return or exchange. We will then send you the return instructions.

Q: What are your products made of?
A: All our jewellery is made of genuine 925 sterling silver.
Q: How strong is filigree? Can I wear it daily?
A: Filigree is much stronger than it looks! You can safely wear it on a daily basis.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. All our products are made of silver, which is safe for sensitive skin.
Q: How should I care for my silver filigree?
A: For the first signs of discolouration or browning, we recommend using warm water with some dish soap and a hard toothbrush to soak and scrub your filigree.
Q: Do the pendants include chains?
A: No, we believe in reusing your old chains, as a more sustainable solution.

Q: I have my own design in mind. Would you be able to make it?
A: We accept custom requests. Use the contact form send your request and we'll take a look at your design.
Q: I love your earrings, but don't have my ears pierced! Do you have any clip-ons?
A: We offer screw-on earrings as an alternative for people who don't have pierced ears. They are more comfortable than clip-ons. It will cost an extra €10 to replace the hooks with the screw-ons. Just mention while placing your order that you would like the screw-ons and we'll take care of it!
Q: What exactly is filigree?
A: Filigree is made of soldered twisted wires. For more details check the About Us page.
Q: Can children take the filigree course?
A: No. Only people over the age of 16 can participate in the course.
